Studio Cycling Instructor Teaching DVD |

The 35 minute Studio Cycling DVD has been shot using the latest
sound and video technology and is presented by Paul Hughes, senior
tutor and examiner. It is unlike any other DVD that is available
in the high street .
After a progressive warm up there follows a main section consisting
of a variety of Studio Cycling terrains, standing small hill climbs,
seated sprint intervals, seated steep hill climbs etc etc. The class
content is balanced, logical and effective.
The presenter shows how to mix pace and resistance to simulate
these various terrains and demonstrates effective teaching points
and body positioning throughout. Finally a cool down and stretch
phase.
This DVD is ideal for those new to teaching group cycling classes
or for more experienced instructors.
