This workshop has been specifically
designed for students who have completed a L2 fitness instructors
qualification in ETM or Gym. It would also be ideal for those currently
enrolled onto a L2 instructor training course.
This is fully practical workshop, which will explore the use of
stability balls and resistance bands to add variety and additional
challenges to your sessions or to your classes.
An informal atmosphere in which you can share ideas and gain valuable
instructing experience for those recently qualified. This is a highly
recommended workshop! |
